Eeek! My grandmother, mother and brother (and Kelsea) had the painting genes, but I do have the desire, and all of my mother’s art books. She took a correspondence course when I was very small. I still remember her painting at her easel in the living room.

Let your desire function overcome the internal critic!!
A good start – “Drawing on the Right Side of Your Brain” and its workbook. That’s how I started this past March. It helps you learn why that left brain is there and how it will always sabotage you until you learn to shut it off!

This cemetery was amazing, Barbara – I’m looking forward to sharing the photos. Kind of a different fall from yours by the sea.

Lovely landscape. Hiking in the fall–if it would stop raining here . . .!
