A reminder that it’s not ALWAYS too hot here. On days like this, we long for summer. But on days like today, I hope this brings my fellow heat-sufferers a cooling memory.

Refreshing! It’s 100 degrees plus in Texas with no end in sight. I might have to borrow your picture to use as wallpaper on my computer.

Glad that at least one fire is contained….so sad. And thanks for the refreshing picture—-it is going to be hot here the rest of the week so I will return to it to cool off!

It was only yesterday that I found myself excited for the fast-approaching autumn (my favorite time of year). But then I remembered snow and icy roads and shoveling out parking spots and to be thankful for the sun while it’s here 😉

Anyone who knows me, Jackie, knows how much I love summer and hate winter. Imagine my surprise at finding myself wishing for winter yesterday. It was a first.
