I have been quiet and uninspired of late, not wanting to write, to create, to do anything but read, and I do not know why. I do not feel like myself, and hope that it is only indicative of the passage of seasons, winter into spring, and that I will wake again to myself soon.

Absolutely beautiful photo! Just what we need to make us believe that the snow will eventually go away this spring.

Those graduated colors are quite amazing–like a sunset palette. Sometimes feeling off and not ourselves is an indication of change taking place–like a long pregnancy and labor. Painfully obscure—then suddenly it is clear. I hope that clarity comes soon.

Thank you for that, Alice, I hadn’t thought of it. Perhaps it’s a kind of metamorphosis. I as well hope clarity comes soon.
