Not a bar fly, but a bar cat. I can’t remember this little fellow’s name, but he was certainly friendly and adventuresome. And a poser. Still battling something being wrong with me, and hoping that our sabbatical on Little Cayman will be the cure.

Swimming is in order i think? Your body is battling something, that is good, let it get to work.. lots of walks and lots of rest and 2 pints of water (not sips PINTS) before you get up in the morning to flush your system every 24 hours and let the body get to work.. love love,.. c
